General Donation Policy

GoForth Foundation deeply values every contribution made by our generous donors. Your support enables us to pursue our mission and vision effectively, making a meaningful impact in the lives of the communities we serve. This policy outlines how donations are handled, ensuring transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of resources.

Use of Donations

Unless a donation is explicitly designated for a specific purpose by the donor, GoForth Foundation reserves the right to allocate funds in a way that best supports our mission, vision, and values. This broad approach to donations enables us to:

• Pursue the most impactful, high-priority initiatives that align with our mission.
• Address immediate community needs and opportunities for empowerment.
• Optimize resources efficiently to achieve the greatest outcomes.
• Adapt to evolving circumstances to ensure sustainability and long-term effectiveness.

We are committed to using all donations in good faith and within our best ability and power to drive meaningful change in alignment with our organizational goals.

Designated Donations

If a donor specifies a particular project, program, or initiative they would like their contribution to support, GoForth Foundation will make every reasonable effort to honor that request. However, if the designated purpose is no longer viable, is overfunded, or falls outside our strategic priorities, the foundation reserves the right to reallocate those funds to the nearest related initiative or area of greatest need.

Transparency and Accountability

GoForth Foundation is committed to responsible financial stewardship and transparency. We:

• Maintain detailed financial records and conduct periodic audits to ensure proper fund allocation.
• Provide donors with updates and impact reports where applicable.

Tax-Deductibility & Receipts

GoForth Foundation is a registered nonprofit organization, and contributions may be tax-deductible as permitted by law. Donors will receive a receipt for their donation, which can be used for tax purposes. Please consult with a tax professional regarding the deductibility of contributions.

Refund Policy

GoForth Foundation generally does not issue refunds for donations. However, in the event of an error in processing or an unintended duplicate donation, donors may request a refund by contacting us at [email protected] within 30 days of the donation date. Refunds are granted at the foundation’s discretion.
